RETURNS

This policy applies to all purchases made online at www.theaorah.com for Aorah. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Aorah does not cover the cost of Returns. For UK orders, we can create an Evri label for a flat rate of GDP £5. For International orders, we can create a DHL label for a flat rate of GDP £30.

Please note, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Aorah, as we operate as separate entities.


FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.


SALE ITEMS

Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.

All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All International orders are sent via DPD & FedEx, Aorah does not refund duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are also non-refundable, other than for an item received faulty.

You are welcome to return your parcel by using any secure shipping method. Clearly mark “Return Goods – Clothing” on the paperwork of your chosen carrier. Without this, you may be charged additional customs and duty fees. Please be advised Aorah does not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit sent with private carriers.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Aorah has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Aorah you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


DELIVERY DURING SALES PERIODS

Due to the large volume of orders, we receive during sales, we cannot guarantee same day dispatch. Please allow for a few extra days for your order to be sent out from our warehouse. UK next day delivery service is not available during sales periods.
